In what is becoming a case of deja-vu for award bloggers and fans, it would appear that every critic group is trying to predict the outcome of the Oscars with upcoming war thriller Zero Dark Thirty once again triumphing, this time at Washington DC.

Given its plot which surrounds the hunt for Osama Bin Laden, it doesn’t surprise too many to see why the film is dominating at the likes of New York and Washington as it claimed wins for Best Film, Best Director for Kathryn Bigelow and another crucial Best Actress win for lead star Jessica Chastain.
