Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman reunite as rival businessmen in official trailer for Paranoia

Back in 1997, veteran actors Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman were squaring off against each other as heroic president and villainous terrorist respectively in the mid-air blockbuster Air Force One.

Now 16 years later, the pair go head-to-head again in the upcoming espionage thriller Paranoia which has premiered its official trailer.

Based on the novel by Joseph Finder and directed by Robert Luketic (Legally Blonde, 21), the story focuses on a young man named Adam Cassidy (Liam Hemsworth (The Hunger Games, The Expendables II)) who struggles to look after his ill father. But his situation changes when his new boss Nicholas Wyatt (Oldman (Leon: The Professional, The Dark Knight trilogy)) asks him to spy on rival competitor Jock Goddard (Ford (Star Wars trilogy, Indiana Jones series)). Caught in a war between the two men, Cassidy plots to bring them both down.

The sexy Amber Heard (Drive Angry, The Rum Diary) co-stars alongside Embeth Davidtz (Schindler’s List, Matilda), Julian McMahon (Nip/Tuck, Fantastic Four) and Oscar-winner Richard Dreyfuss (Jaws, Close Encounters of the Third Kind).

The film is due out in US cinemas on August 16th though a UK date has yet to be confirmed.
