While a certain pandemic continues to cause havoc, the world of television has continued to flourish whether it be BBC, ITV, Channel 4 or through streaming….
A marvellous 2021 saw us laugh (and cry) with the Pink Palace gang while the likes of Sean Bean, Kate Winslet, Niamh Algar, Christopher Walken and Olivia Colman all got themselves entangled in crime-related predicaments.
Additionally, Marvel adapted their entertainment values onto the small-screen with spin-off adventures for Wanda Maximoff, Sam Wilson, Loki and Clint Barton while we were left on the edge of our seats by Jodie Comer’s terrifying ordeal in a COVID-struck care home.
Furthermore, 2021 also saw us say goodbye to hit shows like Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Atypical, In My Skin, Pose and Superstore while continuing to follow the ‘lives’ of AC-12, June Osborne, Alan Partridge, Ted Lasso, Julia Johnston, Rick Sanchez and of course, those crazy Roys!
And finally, we were treated to an intimate behind-the-scenes look at one of the greatest contributions to music history. No, I’m not talking about Kendall Roy’s birthday song…
With all said and done, it is now my pleasure to reveal the first group of winners for the 2021 On-Screen Community TV Awards…
