Having made their names in the boxing genre with their respective films Rocky (1976) and Raging Bull (1980), Hollywood legends Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro are stepping back into the ring once again for their new sports comedy Grudge Match.

While it may look farcical (and a bit wrong) to some, the film has finally revealed an official trailer.

Directed by Peter Segal (50 First Dates, Get Smart), it centres on veteran rival boxers Henry ‘Razor’ Sharp (Stallone) and Billy ‘The Kid’ McDonnen (De Niro) as they decide to have a tie-breaking third bout thirty years after their last fight.

Oscar-winners Alan Arkin (Little Miss Sunshine, Argo) and Kim Basinger (9 1/2 Weeks, L.A Confidential) lend their support to the silly comedy which is bound to heap more critical misery on the two leading men.

The film will be released in the UK on January 24th 2014.
