Timothée Chalamet’s Paul faces a series of new challenges in updated trailer for Dune: Part Two

A new full-length trailer has landed for the long-delayed Dune: Part Two.

One of the biggest casualties of the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike, the follow-up to the 2021 sci-fi epic sees Timothée Chalamet reprise his role as aspiring noble ruler Paul Atreides alongside a starry cast of previous co-stars and ridiculously-talented newcomers.

Directed again by visionary filmmaker Denis Villeneuve, the film’s plot sees Paul unite with his love interest Chani and the Fremen while seeking revenge against the conspirators responsible for destroying his family.

Chalamet is joined in the sequel by other returning stars including Zendaya (Chani), Rebecca Ferguson (Lady Jessica), Josh Brolin (Gurney Halleck), Stellan Skarsgård (Baron Vladimir Harkonnen), Dave Bautista (Glossu Rabban), Stephen McKinley Henderson (Thufir Hawat), Charlotte Rampling (Gaius Helen Mohiam), and Javier Bardem (Stilgar).

Additionally, the film introduces a group of marvellous newcomers to the series including British actress Florence Pugh (Little Women, Black Widow) as Princess Irulan, Austin Butler (Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood, Elvis) as Feyd-Rautha, Léa Seydoux (Blue is the Warmest Colour, No Time to Die) as Lady Margot and Oscar-winner Christopher Walken (The Deer Hunter, Catch Me If You Can) as Emperor Shaddam IV.

Fans can expect plenty of action-packed spectacle when Dune: Part Two FINALLY arrives in UK cinemas on 15 March 2024.
