The Jurassic era reaches its epic conclusion in Jurassic World: Dominion trailer

This summer is set to mark the end of one of cinema’s most iconic franchises as Jurassic World: Dominion makes its bow.

The third installment of the Jurassic World series will also bring the entire Jurassic saga to a close; 29 years after Jurassic Park (1993) took the worldwide box-office by storm.

After a long wait, the official trailer for Dominion has finally arrived and promises a high amount of dinosaurs, tension and a few familiar faces.

Helmed by Colin Trevorrow, the threequel sees heroes young and old come together as they battle to survive living alongside genetically-engineered dinosaurs around the world.

As expected, Jurassic World regulars Chris Pratt (Owen Grady) and Bryce Dallas Howard (Claire Dearing) are back alongside the likes of Justice Smith (Franklin Webb), Omar Sy (Barry Sembène), Daniella Pineda (Dr. Zia Rodriguez).

More importantly though, the film also welcomes back Jurassic Park veterans Sam Neill as Dr. Alan Grant, Laura Dern as Dr. Ellie Satler, Jeff Goldblum as Dr. Ian Malcolm and BD Wong as Dr. Henry Wu.

Additionally, newcomers to the epic conclusion include DeWanda Wise (She’s Gotta Have It, The Harder They Fall), Mamoudou Athie (The Circle, The Front Runner), Dichen Lachman (Neighbours, Animal Kingdom) and Scott Haze (Venom, Minari).

Jurassic World: Dominion will roar into cinemas on June 10.
