Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc returns to solve another mystery in new trailer for Knives Out sequel Glass Onion

After concluding his iconic work as James Bond in last year’s No Time to Die, Daniel Craig is back to solving cases in the highly-anticipated follow-up to Knives Out.

The comedic mystery from Rian Johnson was an unexpected hit with critics and audiences upon its release in 2019. Unsurprisingly, a sequel is due to arrive on Netflix next month, with Craig reprising his role as Kentucky detective Benoit Blanc.

Entitled Glass Onion, the film’s official trailer has landed and promises more witty antics involving Blanc and his new group of suspects.

Written and directed by Johnson, the plot sees Blanc travel to Greece in order to investigate another murder that has taken place on an island owned by a tech billionaire.

As expected, the film welcomes a new supporting cast that includes Edward Norton (Fight Club, Birdman), Janelle Monáe (Hidden Figures, Harriet), Kathryn Hahn (Bad Moms, Wandavision), Leslie Odom Jr. (Hamilton, One Night in Miami), Jessica Henwick (Game of Thrones, The Matrix Resurrections), Madelyn Cline (Stranger Things, Outer Banks), Kate Hudson (Almost Famous, Deepwater Horizon), and Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy series, Spectre).

Glass Onion will be released in cinemas on 23 November and will then stream on Netflix from 23 December.
