A thrilling trailer has arrived for Jurassic World Rebirth.

The latest outing of the hit sci-fi action franchise takes place five years after the events of Jurassic World Dominion (2022) with a new creative team involved both on-screen and behind the camera.

Directed by Gareth Edwards (Godzilla, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), the plot centres on an expedition team who embark on a top-secret mission to extract DNA from three massive prehistoric creatures for a groundbreaking medical breakthrough. However, complications quickly arise when they find themselves stranded on an island and faced with the threat of various dinosaurs.

Having broken away from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Scarlett Johansson (Lost in Translation, Black Widow) leads a new-look cast alongside two-time Oscar winner Mahershala Ali (Moonlight, Green Book) and Jonathan Bailey (Bridgerton, Wicked).

Additionally, the rest of the film’s ensemble includes Rupert Friend (Starred Up, Homeland), Manuel Garcia-Rulfo (Greyhound, The Lincoln Lawyer), Luna Blaise (Fresh Off the Boat, Manifest), David Iacono (St. Vincent, The Flight Attendant) and Ed Skrein (Deadpool, Rebel Moon series).

Jurassic World Rebirth will be released in the UK on 2 July.
