Paul Bettany’s Vision reunites with a former foe in VisionQuest trailer

The official trailer for Marvel Television’s VisionQuest has arrived.

The upcoming comic-book miniseries follows the adventures of MCU superhero Vision after the events of WandaVision (2021) with Paul Bettany once again reprising his role as the superpowered android and former Avenger.

Created by Terry Matalas (12 Monkeys, Star Trek: Picard), the story sees Vision struggle to reconnect with his old memories only for his discreet existence to be interrupted when a bounty is placed on his head.

Bettany is joined in the series by another Marvel favourite in the form of James Spader, who reprises his turn as former antagonist Ultron after his significant role in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015).

Additionally, the rest of the cast includes Todd Stashwick (12 Monkeys, Star Trek: Picard) as Paladin, Ruaridh Mollica (Sebastian, The Franchise) as Tommy Maximoff/Thomas Shepherd, T’Nia Miller (The Haunting of Bly Manor, The Fall of the House of Usher) as Jocasta, Emily Hampshire (Schitt’s Creek, The Rig) as E.D.I.T.H., Orla Brady (Into the Badlands, Freud’s Last Session) as F.R.I.D.A.Y., and James D’Arcy (Hitchcock, Agent Carter) as J.A.R.V.I.S..

VisionQuest is scheduled to premiere the first of its eight episodes on Disney+ on 14 October.
