An emotional trailer has been unveiled for Goodbye June.
The upcoming festive drama marks the directional debut of multi-award-winning British actress Kate Winslet (Titanic, The Reader) who also leads the film’s cast.
Set before Christmas, the plot focuses on a group of adult siblings as they try to navigate messy family dynamics in the face of potential loss after their mother’s health takes an unexpected turn.
Winslet is joined in the film by a stellar support cast that includes Toni Collette (About a Boy, Hereditary), Johnny Flynn (Beast, One Life), Andrea Riseborough (Birdman, To Leslie), Stephen Merchant (Jojo Rabbit, The Outlaws), Fisayo Akinade (The Girl with All the Gifts, Heartstopper), Jeremy Swift (Ted Lasso, Sweetpea), Raza Jaffrey (Code Black, The Serpent Queen), Timothy Spall (Secrets & Lies, The Sixth Commandment) and Dame Helen Mirren (Gosford Park, The Queen).
Goodbye June will be released in select UK cinemas on 12 December before arriving on Netflix on Christmas Eve.
