Last year saw the film adaptation of 21 Jump Street become a surprise box-office hit with some hailing it as one of the best comedies of the 2010s so far.
One of the reasons for its success was the unlikely double act of Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill as the pair kicked high school ass (and took a few hallucinating drugs along the way!).
But despite their commitments with other projects, the duo are re-teaming again to tackle educational butt in the new installment of the comic-caper reboot, 22 Jump Street.
A red-band trailer for the sequel premiered online yesterday.
Helmed by ’21’ directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the plot sees undercover cops Jenko (Tatum) and Schmidt (Hill) having to pretend to be students again in order to investigate another drugs ring at a local college.
Ice Cube (Captain Dickson), Dave Franco (Eric Molson) and Rob Riggle (Mr. Walters) also return though Brie Larson (Molly Tracey) doesn’t feature this time around.
The film will be released in the UK on June 6th 2014.
