A poor South Korean family seek to infiltrate a wealthy household in Parasite trailer

An intense trailer has dropped for Parasite.

The highly-buzzed South Korean thriller has already made a big impression on critics and audiences after winning the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival.

Written and directed by Bong Joon-ho (Snowpiercer, Okja), the plot centres on a poor yet street smart family who seek to infiltrate a wealthy household with devastating consequences.

The film’s cast includes Song Kang-ho (Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, The Host), Lee Sun-kyun (Paju, Helpless), Cho Yeo-jeong (The Servant, The Concubine), Choi Woo-shik (Set Me Free, Train to Busan), Park So-dam (The Priests, Cinderella with Four Knights), Jang Hye-jin (Secret Sunshine, Mothers), Park Myung-hoon (Mother, Okja), and Lee Jung-eun (Alive, Ash Flower).

Parasite is scheduled to arrive in UK cinemas on 7 February 2020.
