A new trailer has arrived for The Mandalorian and Grogu.

The upcoming Star Wars spinoff is a big-screen continuation of the hit Disney+ series The Mandalorian, which ran for three successful seasons between 2019 and 2023.

Directed by Jon Favreau (Iron Man, The Jungle Book) and co-written by Dave Filioni, the story sees former Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin and his adoring ward Grogu take part in an important mission during a period where remaining Imperial warlords from the old Galactic Empire threaten the galaxy.

Once again, Pedro Pascal reprises his role as Djarin and is joined by new cast additions including Sigourney Weaver (Alien series, Avatar trilogy), Jonny Coyne (Alcatraz, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom), and two-time Emmy winner Jeremy Allen White (The Bear, Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere).

The Mandalorian and Grogu will make its way into UK cinemas on 22 May.
