A rabbit officer and a con-artist fox work together to solve a conspiracy in new trailer for Zootopia

A wacky new trailer has been unveiled for Disney’s Zootopia.

The latest animated offering from the beloved studio takes us to a fascinating world with a unique animal-related twist.

Co-directed by Bryon Howard (Bolt, Tangled) and Rich Moore (Wreck-It Ralph), the plot centres on a rookie rabbit officer who seeks to prove herself in the modern mammal metropolis known as Zootopia. When a number of predators go missing, she sets out to uncover a conspiracy with the unlikely support of a fast-talking, con-artist fox.

Ginnifer Goodwin (Walk the Line, Once Upon a Time) and Jason Bateman (Arrested Development, Juno) lead the film’s voice cast which also includes Idris Elba (The Wire, Luther), Jenny Slate (The Lorax, Parks and Recreation), Nate Torrence (She’s Out of My League, Hello Ladies), Bonnie Hunt (A Bug’s Life, Cars), Don Lake (Best in Show, Dumb and Dumber To), Tommy Chong (FernGully: The Last Rainforest, That ’70s Show), J. K. Simmons (Spider-Man trilogy, Whiplash), Octavia Spencer (Ugly Betty, The Help), Alan Tudyk (A Knight’s Tale, I, Robot) and musician Shakira.

Zootopia will arrive in UK cinemas on 25 March.
