Emilia Clarke NOT returning for Terminator sequels

Last year saw the exquisite Emilia Clarke swap dragons for machines as she tackled the kick-ass role of Sarah Connor in the sci-fi blockbuster sequel Terminator Genisys.

However the film, which also saw Arnold Schwarzenegger reprise his memorable portrayal of the Terminator, was considered a critical disappointment and this has led to its sequel being removed from Paramount’s schedule.

When asked about whether she would be appearing in any future Terminator films, Clarke confirmed that she wouldn’t be playing Connor again because of other projects.

“No… Can I say that? It’s okay. No. Uh-uh. But I have some very different roles coming up.”

The British beauty is well known for her iconic performance as Daenerys “Khaleesi” Targaryen in the hit HBO series Game of Thrones which is set to return for its sixth season this coming Sunday.

However she will be seen back on the big screen soon when she stars in the upcoming romantic drama Me Before You.
